This solo exhibit of 50 new works was on display during the Vancouver Winter Olympics at El Kartel in 2010. Pretty Problems is accompanied with a publication generously produced by Koyama Press and published through Islands Fold. The exhibit stems from personal expression about the government, the Olympics and using the work to comfort mind and find the heart in art. It’s about recognizing the dark, but more importantly-feeling the light. The mural on the wall, is titled” The Extinction of Man.” The window image is titled “Money Mountains” and was displayed as a large digital print.
