Luke Ramsey, was co-founder of Islands Fold artist residency from 2005-2010. His practice includes collaboration, public art projects, design and illustration. His book IS? is published by Drawn and Quarterly. Luke was The City of Victoria’s first Artist in Residence from 2016-2018.
